About the Founder
The Soul Healing Kitchen is founded and guided by Dr. Shashina Ramnunan, an Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS), holistic healer, and teacher of conscious living.
Through years of working with clients around the world, Dr. Shashina has helped individuals understand their constitution, heal digestive and emotional imbalances, and reconnect with their inner intelligence through practical, compassionate guidance.
Her work blends Ayurvedic science, mental and emotional awareness, and soul-centered living—always with the intention of empowering people to take responsibility for their own healing journey.
